Terms, refunds and privacy

1. Country guides (PDFs)

• After we confirm your payment, we send the PDF to your email and WhatsApp, usually within a few hours.
• Each guide is a personal copy for the buyer only. Please don’t share or resell it.
• Updates for the 2027 intakes are sent to buyers on WhatsApp.
• Launch prices apply until 15 November 2026. After that, the regular prices shown on each guide apply.

2. Done-for-you service

Before we start, you sign our written Service Agreement. The standard package costs PKR 90,000, paid in 3 stages: PKR 20,000 when you sign, PKR 40,000 after you receive an admission offer, and PKR 30,000 when your residence permit or visa file is submitted. It includes:

• Admission support for one destination country
• Applications to up to 5 universities in that country, chosen together with you. More universities can be added for an additional fee.
• Two intake cycles, if needed
• Document guidance, SOP and CV review, and application submission
• Residence permit or visa support once you are admitted

Changing your destination country after we’ve started may count as a new package. France has its own Campus France packages, described on our service page.

3. Our 90-day offer letter guarantee

We guarantee you an offer letter within 90 days when all of these are true:

• Our profile assessment confirms you meet all the requirements we ask for.
• You send every document we request, on time, and reply within the deadlines we give you.
• All the information and documents you give us are true and complete.

The 90 days count separately for each university, from the day we submit your application there. Some universities open their applications later than others, so each application gets its own 90 days.

If every university we applied to for you says no, even though our assessment said you were eligible and you did your part, that is our mistake. We refund up to 70% of the consultancy fees you paid after the first payment. How much depends on the work already done, for example how many universities we applied to. The first payment (PKR 20,000, or PKR 15,000 for the France Basic package) is not refundable in any case. Tell us in writing once the last university has replied, and we pay the refund within 15 days.

Universities make the final admission decision, and embassies make visa decisions. The guarantee covers the offer letter only, not the visa.

4. Refunds

Country guides

If a guide doesn’t help you, tell us on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving it. We refund 100% of the price within 15 days. After 24 hours, guides can’t be refunded. One refund per person.

Done-for-you service

• 90-day guarantee: if every university we applied to says no, even though our assessment said you were eligible, we refund up to 70% of the consultancy fees paid after the first payment, depending on the work already done (see section 3).
• If you don’t receive an offer from any university in your chosen country across both covered intakes, despite your full cooperation, you are entitled to a refund under our refund policy at that time.
• The 1st payment (PKR 20,000, or PKR 15,000 for the France Basic package) is not refundable in any case. It covers consultation, profile assessment and initial processing.
• No refund if documents are missing, deadlines are missed, or information is false.
• Refund requests must be made in writing.

5. What’s not included

These costs are paid by the student, separately from our fee:

• University application fees and tuition
• Visa, embassy and residence permit fees
• Language tests
• Translation, notarisation and attestation
• Courier and postage
• Bank or wallet transfer charges

6. Your privacy

• Only our own team (our admin and our consultants) can access your documents.
• We share them only with the universities you apply to, and the embassy when your visa needs it, or when the law requires it.
• We never sell your data or share it with anyone else.
• When you start an order or use the eligibility check, the details you type (name, email, WhatsApp number, your answers) are saved in our private order sheet. Only our team can see it, and we use it to process your order and help you.
• We only send you marketing messages on WhatsApp if you tick the box asking for them. You can stop them anytime by replying STOP.
• To have your data deleted, message us on WhatsApp or email bannuconsultants@gmail.com.

7. How to pay

Keep your receipt or screenshot and send it to us after every payment.

8. Disputes and law

These terms follow the laws of Pakistan. If something goes wrong, talk to us directly first and we’ll do our best to solve it. If these terms and your signed Service Agreement ever differ, the signed agreement applies to your case. The 90-day offer letter guarantee in section 3 applies in addition to your signed agreement.
